METHOD OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING YOUR DATA We collect your personal data by signing the Supplier Contract or notifying it electronically by the supplier, dropping the created order to the system, communicating customer requests, communicating by the department manager, by a third party outside the company, by submitting the customer requests, through the department manager, by sending the customer requests, by filling in the form, by dropping the generated order into the system, by signing the contract, by informing the supplier personally, by verbal / written notification by the relevant person, by obtaining the information in the supplier information form from the trade department, by filling out the Information Form of the Supplier Firms and concluding the supply contracts.

 

We process your personal data by e-mail program, excel list and physical file, by registering to the order system, by invoicing, sending and following the goods by waybill on the basis of order, recording in the accounting program current account card, making payments, billing, communication with the supplier, entering information into banks and other systems by making EFT / Wire Transfer, entering the Information Form of the Supplier Companies into the system.
